If you own a copyright, or are authorized to act for its owner, and believe material on the Service infringes it, send a written notice containing all of the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, or a representative list if one notice covers multiple works.
• Identification of the material you want removed, with enough detail for us to locate it—preferably the public URL, livery or airport name, creator name, and screenshots where useful.
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Only the copyright owner or an authorized representative should use this process. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation may carry liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

We review notices for the required information and may ask for missing details. When appropriate, we act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the identified material and promptly notify the uploader, generally by sending a copy of the notice—including the claimant's contact information—so they can understand the claim and respond.

Removal is not a ruling that either party is legally correct. The uploader may send a counter-notice if they believe the material was removed because of mistake or misidentification.

A counter-notice must be written and include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material removed or disabled and where it appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, mailing address, and telephone number.
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. Federal District Court: the district where your address is located, or—if you are outside the United States—any district where the service provider may be found.
• A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or that person's agent.

We may forward a valid counter-notice to the original claimant. Unless that claimant tells us they filed a court action seeking to restrain the disputed activity, we will restore the material no fewer than 10 and no more than 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice.

In appropriate circumstances, we terminate accounts of users we determine are repeat infringers. We may also restrict submissions, remove content, or suspend accounts based on the circumstances and our Terms of Service. We maintain records of notices, counter-notices, actions taken, and submission rights attestations as reasonably necessary to operate and enforce this process.
