The story of Bluejay Fly Inn
This airport sits just West of Junction City, Kansas. The Airport is home to the Junction City High Schools newest program funded by the EAA to teach Juniors and Seniors at JCHS the fundementals of aviation. The airport is named after the schools mascot, the Bluejay. This air feild also supports a regional Air Ambulance and Flight for Life team, utilizing a retired USCG UH60 Jayhawk and a new Pilatus PC-12 NGX. This field is suitable for all STOL, VTOL and Piston Prop aircraft.
