Stouffville Meadows Airfield CSMF

Stouffville meadows airfield was established in 1968 by a local crop dusting pilot, Arthur Mckinnon. During the late 1970's, the airfield became a popular stop for private pilots flying between Toronto, Uxbridge, and Lake Simcoe, leading to an apron expansion in 1979. to this day it is used for flight training, agricultural flying, recreational flying, and community events. The airfield was built east of Stouffville because of the flat land, excellent drainage, and few obstacles.
