The story of Bullocks Flat Airstrip
Bullocks Flat Airstrip was built to accommodate the few yet frequent visitors of the Australian Snowy Mountains region in New South Wales, who in the interest of greater access, developed a grass aircraft landing area situated within the Thredbo Valley.
Built along the Thredbo River on Bullocks Flat, the strip offers door-to-door access to the Perisher Ski Tube (Train), Crackenback Resort, and close proximity to Perisher Ski Fields (via Ski Tube) and Thredbo Resort (via Alpine Way).
Bullocks Flat Airstrip is for Day VFR operations only.
