Every time I passed by the grand, abandoned estate of Solar do Mondego, I couldn't help but picture a runway stretching across its grounds. Located in Lajeosa do Mondego, this place carries deep family roots for me, making it the perfect setting for a personal project. Built in Airport Builder, this setup breathes new life into the historic manor house, blending its timeless Beira Alta atmosphere with a custom airfield. A tribute to my family's hometown and a long-imagined aviation dream come true.
