Troubleshooting

First check the build actually finished: on Your airports the status pill should read built. Then apply the golden rule - the app only installs while MSFS is closed. Close the sim fully, let the app sync (the tray icon settles and the Status tab shows "Your airport is built & synced"), then relaunch the sim.

The sim - or a stuck sim process - is still open. Close it; sync runs automatically a few seconds after it exits. There's nothing else to press.

Open the companion app's Regions tab and hit Re-verify. It re-hashes every managed file and repairs any drift. The usual culprits are antivirus quarantining a file or a manual edit inside the managed folders.

Open your airport card on Your airports and press Retry build - transient failures clear on retry. If it fails persistently, the cause is usually a design edge case, and the simplest fix is adjusting the most recently added item. If it keeps failing, ask in Discordwith your airport name and we'll dig in.

Two causes cover it. Either you hit the daily earn cap - Ⓐ1,000 for free accounts, Ⓐ2,500 for Supporters, resetting daily (see Earning Aeros) - or the companion app isn't running or isn't signed in. Check the tray.

The cell is either in a protected area or already claimed - pick a neighbouring cell. Each claim after your free first one also costs Aeros, so check the price in the map's inspector. Details in Claiming land.

The cart tells you exactly how short you are. Either earn the difference or trim the design - and remember nothing is charged until you confirm, so an over-budget cart costs nothing to look at. See Saving & the cart.

The app's Community-folder line has Re-detect and Change folder…. Point it at the new location and the next sync takes care of the rest.

The app self-heals on every sync, so the universal reset is: close the sim → Sync now → relaunch. That fixes most things.
